This variety was bred by Wayne Clifton in Florida. There is some debate on whether Dream is a cherimoya or an atemoya. Most conclude it is an atemoya based on its leaf point and fruit qualities.

Dream gets its name from the heavenly flavor profile. Absolutely bursting with sweetness and flavor, Dream is quite possibly the best atemoya, especially for climates like Florida.

Dream has been known to survive down to 20˚ F.
