2. I guarantee live arrival only if Express is chosen. I do offer free heat packs in winter to ASSIST in cold weather shipping. Please note that it does not guarantee against cosmetic damage, and they can not be effective in temps below 25°.
3. I do not accept returns due to cosmetic damage (broken leaves and scars, melted or yellow leaves, leaf loss). 
4. Exceptions that allow replacements: root rot, plants that arrive dead. Please contact me if there is any problem within 24 HOURS upon arrival. Photo documentation of unboxing is required.
Keep in mind that this is a live plant, and its survival is dependent on the conditions you provide it. Therefore, we do not offer replacements for plants that have been in your care.
