Nostalgia was announced in 1970. I purchased it in 1992 for $400 from a stationary store. Body is sterling silver 925 filigree with an etched floral pattern over a lustrous black shell. It comes with a lifetime guarantee card and a use and care pamphlet is enclosed. The fine nib is 18K gold. Condition is like new, used a few times, and still has ink that writes. Kept in the original box for 30 years, and in time, parts of box has deteriorated. Also comes with a purple silver polishing cloth. Pen is a collector''s item, beautiful to use and to look at. Pen is like new, no scratches or signs of wear.
