The Flag of the United States of America - flown over the US Capital on 11-17-1980 at the request of the Honorable Lloyd Bentsen, US Senator. This framed and matted Certificate is signed by George M. White, FAIA - Architect of the Capitol. This flag was presented to Mr. & Mrs. D. J. McDonough by Mr. & Mrs. Patrick J. McDonough, Jr.

Certificate has never been out of its frame. US Flag is 3'' by 5'' and has been taken out of it''s original box and displayed at various events.
