-Scratches? Yes. No scuffs or scratches on the sensor.
There ARE scratch on the display screen (Pic 7)
-Scuff? See image 11 for scuff on side
-Camera is fully functional (as seen in pictures 2&4)
-ISSUE? The red record button stopped working I think something is stuck in between when I was doing a photoshoot
-RESOLUTION? Yes, the camera can Still record with the Regular grey Capture button that you would use to take photos
