MINOR FLAWED GRADE. I think it is because of the two things I have circled. 1. A faint scratch from over polishing on the bottom of her dress. 2. Several dark dots in the shiny enamel behind her head. Overall the condition is very good.

See photos for condition. No pin is "perfect." As handmade items they may have light imperfections. If I notice something that could affect the way it displays I will do my best to note it. Carefully check the photos.
