Just Like You #8 was one of the first released American Girl of Today dolls. She was released in 1995 and retired in 2008. This doll is from the original run in 1995 and is wearing the Meet Outfit from that year: The Mix and Match Outfit. The doll has the classic mold face, light skin, green eyes, and red straight hair with bangs. The Mix and Match Outfit has several layers: magenta shirt, leggings, and underwear. A white shirt and a reversible denim vest with 14 mini grin pins and the American Girl of Today logo patch. On the opposite side is printed with the American Girl of today logo on magenta print. Finally there is a denim hat with a sunflower decoration in the front and 10 more mini grin pins, suede slip-ons, a magenta scrunchie, a silver necklace with an impression of the AGoT logo, and black wallet purse. Inside the purse is a Pleasantville Library card and 3 doll-sized $1 notes.
