She has only been displayed on a shelf. Her hair is in perfect shape and has no spots or stains. Her limbs are tight. She comes with her meet outfit and meet accessories. Also comes with box and book. From a smoke free pet friendly home.

The Ruth Smithens doll was released in 2008 to coincide with the movie and marketed as the best friend of Kit Kittredge. Ruthie was retired in 2014

Purple floral dress with puffed sleeves. White buttons down the left side and purple and white trim.

Black Mary Jane-style shoes with Velcro closures and a slight heel.

Purple hairbow of grosgrain ribbon. Color similar to that of the trim on her dress.
