Smoke free home, adult owned. From my personal collection, I broke the seal on both of these consoles and installed OEM hard drives in each; 250GB in S model and 320GB in E model. E model is one of the last 360s ever produced going by the manufacture date and still has mirror finish on both sides which is notorious for scratching. Both consoles have been powered on and tested for a few hours and put back in their packaging. Packing and inserts are present on both consoles, although S console box has minor wear and a tear in it but does have the Kinect Adventures game included. E console has two controllers in box, again with minor wear and S console has 1. These are not 100% perfect because condition is very subjective but in my opinion they are in true very good condition almost like new. They will ship the following business day after purchase.
