It’s a working great hair dryer. Only one headpiece is chipped but it still works. Comes with grey case 3 interchangeable tool pieces plus a cooling mat that was never used. 2nd picture has the lights on to show that it works. Nothing wrong with it I just upgraded to the blue new release colors.
