2. I guarantee live arrival only if Express is chosen. I do offer free heat packs in winter to ASSIST in cold weather shipping. Please note, it does not guarantee against cosmetic damage and they cannot be effective in temps below 25°.
3. I do not accept returns due to cosmetic damage (broken leaves and scars, melted or yellow leaves, leaf loss). 
4. Exceptions that allow replacements: root rot, plants that arrive dead. Please contact me if there is any problem within 24 HOURS upon arrival. Photo documentation of unboxing is required.
Keep in mind this is a live plant and its survival is dependent on the conditions you provide it, therefore we do not offer replacements for plants that have been in your care.
