I have a very good condition Iphone 11 Pro Max that is Locked to the T-Mobile network. The phone was lost for a bit and was found after a new one was issued through insurance. Now there is a block on the IMEI therefore you can only use this phone with providers like Mint Mobile or Google Fi

The phone comes with a case on it. I will throw in a charging wire also but no plug. No Activation or Icloud lock. I was using this phone with Mint Mobile and Google FI to test it out and it worked great!
