Tested and working PC Engine Duo-R. System is in very nice shape with some slight yellowing. Comes with a Core Graphix II pad, AV cable and MegaDrive II AC adapter. (Yes this is a compatible replacement for this console and much more reliable than on of the 3rd party ones.)
