I used this twice and then it was just stored. Some small spots on the outside that can be seen in pictures and probably cleaned off with a good scrub. The zipper works and there are no rips on the interior or exterior. The cooler is in great condition.
The additional shoulder strap has some cracks in the softer black underside. Please see the photo of the strap.
