Radio comes with basically new battery that was purchased new Jan 29, 2023. Also comes with a brand new cased radio in a oem housing, and a good condition antenna with a charging cradle. Programming will be wiped clean, but will come with murs 1-5. Housing is a 9/10 there are faint scratches (very minor) on the screen plastic, doesn’t show unless you put it at a specific angle in light
